The planning application for the redevelopment of the land\nsold by the Epsom Hospital trust has now been validated and public consultation\nis open.  If you would like to register\nyour comments for consideration by the Council Planning officer, please click\non the link below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Demolition of the existing hospital buildings,\naccommodation block and associated structures and redevelopment of the site to\nprovide a new care community for older people arranged in two buildings,\ncomprising 302 to 308 care residences, 8 to 12 care apartments and 26 to 30\ncare suites proving transitional care, together with ancillary communal and\nsupport services Use Class C2, 24 key worker units Use Class C3, childrens\nnursery Use Class D1 as well as associated back of house and service areas, car\nand cycle parking, altered vehicular and pedestrian access, landscaping,\nprivate amenity space and public open space <\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n
