The application to redevelop the former Woodcote Stud site in Wilmerhatch Lane with 14 homes – half of them affordable and expanded supported-living accommodation.

WERS didn’t object to the application because of the delivery of much needed specialist and affordable housing on previously developed land that now falls within the category of “Grey Belt” and would be considered to be within a reasonable distance of shops and services.
