The draft programme for the Public Inquiry next week is here.
As you know the Inquiry starts next Tuesday 15th September at 1000 am. It is being held in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall in the Parade.
As you will see it is currently anticipated to sit for up to 6/7 days.
It is important that the Inspector sees that local residents are really concerned about the outcome of the appeal so please come along and observe whenever and as often as you can for however long you can stay. Our team will appreciate your support.
John Mumford, (chair of the action group) Pat Phelan (Stud Manager, Ermyn Lodge) and Andy Ward (our transport consultant) are our witnesses. In addition Susie Morris has asked to speak on behalf of Langley Vale residents and Councillor Steven McCormick has also asked to speak.
The site visit is currently scheduled for next Thursday afternoon.
We will post any changes to the programme here.
We hope to see as many of you as possible sometime during the week.
