The new arrangements for the Public Inquiry have now been confirmed.
It will open at 10.00am on Tuesday 3 November 2026 and is scheduled for six days (3-6 November) with two reserve days (12-13 November). It will commence at 9.30am on all days other than the opening day.
As originally planned the inquiry will take place in the Council Chamber at the Town Hall.
