The public inquiry is scheduled to open at 10.00 am on Tuesday 15 September in Epsom Town Hall and may sit for up to 6 days.
As a main party in the Inquiry the Langley Vale Action Group has submitted our Statement of Case and Detailed proofs of evidence.

Residents’ views submitted either to the original planning application or subsequently to this appeal will all be taken into account by the Inspector.
There is still an opportunity at the Inspector’s discretion for individuals to appear and speak at the inquiry. It would be helpful if residents who would like to speak could let us know on info@woodcoteepsomresidentssociety.org and our consultant will liaise with the Inspector to try to make sure it can be allowed.
If you do wish to speak it will probably be necessary for you to attend the opening of the Inquiry on 15 September because this is when the Inspector will go through some routine matters, set out the timetable and the order of proceedings, ask if any interested people want to speak and will register your name.
